Artificial foliage - Welcome to Red Hot Plants. We have been established as a retail outlet for over 10 years selling top quality artificial plants and flowers to homes and offices. It is only recently we have progressed to selling our products on a web site. We hope you enjoy our site, please feel free to contact us, we are always looking for ways to update our service and we value your feedback.

When will you be Charged?
Your card will be debited when you confirm your order with Secure Trading. If you pay by cheque it will be banked when we receive it.

Pricing Policy
All products are priced in pounds sterling and include UK VAT at the prevailing rate.

Delivery Charges
If applicable you will be notified of any delivery charge when making your purchase.

DELIVERY
Our goods are despatched to UK mainland destinations only. The goods are dispatched by carrier and we aim to deliver them within 5-28 working days of receiving your order. You have the option to give a different delivery address to the card address. This means that you can have the parcel sent to e.g. your workplace or to a friend as a gift. As a signature is required to acknowledge delivery, please try and give an address where there will be someone present to sign for the good(s) between 9.00a.m. and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. The signature of the person accepting delivery at the delivery address will be proof that you or the person to whom the order is addressed has received the delivery.

Please check your goods when delivered and refuse any damaged goods. Please notify us within 3 working days if there is any shortages or damages. If you are interested in purchasing from outside the UK please email us with your enquiry. mail@redhotplants.co.uk

PAYMENT
A Method of Payment
When you proceed to checkout, you will be asked to give your name and address for delivery and your email address for confirmation. You will then be passed to a secure server where you will be asked to enter details of your debit or credit card.You can pay either by VISA, Master Card, Switch or Delta. We will accept cheques, if they are posted to us with a printed copy of our order form. You will not receive an acknowledgement of your order if you choose to pay this way, and we will only dispatch the goods on clearance of your cheque. Orders will not be accepted by telephone.

ORDER ACKNOWLEDGMENT
Your order will be acknowledged by email on the understanding that delivery is subject to availability. When items are out of stock, we will endeavour to prevent orders being placed for that item. If, in the event of you placing an order and we subsequently find the item you have chosen is unavailable you shall be notified via your e-mail address. If we are unable to deliver your order within 30 working days you will be contacted by either email or telephone.
